Refund and Returns

At Joviale Luxury Fashion, we take pride in delivering premium quality pieces. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. After 14 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • All original tags must be attached
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • The item must be free from makeup, perfume, deodorant marks, or damage

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at info@jovialeluxuryfashion.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item you wish to return
  • The reason for return

Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

Please do not send items back without prior authorization.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Shipping costs are non refundable.

If the return does not meet our policy conditions, the item may be shipped back to you at your expense.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

If you received a defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@jovialeluxuryfashion.com with clear photos of the issue.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card provider
  3. Contact your bank

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for high value items. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
